Surgery and Procedure Estimates
We pull the relevant procedure codes from your fee schedule, build the estimate in your practice software, and send it to the client for review — following up to walk them through the breakdown, answer questions, and confirm consent before the procedure date.
Medical Record Documentation
We organize SOAP notes, diagnoses, vaccination records, and treatment histories into the patient profile after every visit — keeping records complete, compliant, and ready for your next appointment or specialist referral.
Lab Result Management and Follow-Up
We manage lab results from start to finish — logging IDEXX, Antech, and in-clinic analyzer results to the patient's file, flagging abnormals for DVM review, and calling clients directly to share updates, explain findings, and coordinate any recommended next steps. Online Pharmacy and Prescription Management
We manage online pharmacy requests from Covetrus, Chewy, Vetsource, and beyond — verifying each against the patient's record and prescription history, and approving or declining in line with the clinic-specific protocols our team is trained on. Edge cases and non-protocol requests are routed to your veterinarians for a final call, so clients get timely medications and your front desk stays focused on in-clinic care.
Client Education on Care Instructions
After visits, we send clients clear discharge summaries covering wound care, medication schedules, dietary restrictions, activity limitations, and warning signs to watch for — reinforcing your team's guidance and cutting down on the after-hours calls asking "is this normal?"
